Terms of use

These terms describe appropriate use of Relief Route Fieldbook version 1.0.0 and this app-support site. By using them, you acknowledge the educational scope and the limits below.

1. Educational purpose

The app provides general learning and reflection about humanitarian principles, context, dignity, protection, handoffs, evidence, accountability, and facilitation. It is not professional certification, official organizational policy, or proof that a reader is prepared to plan or conduct real activity.

2. No current-needs or service representation

The app does not verify current needs, acceptance criteria, service availability, programs, beneficiaries, field presence, partnerships, donations, fundraising, inventory, routes, facilities, staff, or response activity. Editorial images and fictional situations do not document real operations.

3. No professional or operational advice

Nothing in the app or website is legal, medical, psychological, security, safeguarding, logistics, customs, tax, financial, emergency, crisis, or operational advice. Obtain current competent local and specialist review for real decisions.

4. No aid request or donation channel

The app and support site do not accept or process donations, goods, applications, beneficiary information, aid requests, referrals, complaints, emergencies, or service requests. Do not send sensitive or urgent material to the postal privacy contact.

5. Fictional exercises

Decision Dispatch scenarios and field practices are fictional and intentionally incomplete. A suggested reasoning path demonstrates a learning principle; it is not a decision rule for a real crisis or community.

6. Images and maps

The visual library is editorial. People and scenes are not presented as verified participants or activities. Abstract maps, arrows, boxes, workspaces, and handoffs do not identify a location, route, distribution site, safe corridor, accepted item, or operational process.

7. Local notebook responsibility

Use the notebook only for bounded, non-identifying learning reflections. Do not enter personal, medical, beneficiary, child, donor, complaint, route, credential, security, or case information. You control and can erase local entries; the publisher has no server copy.

8. External sources

Links on the separate website lead to independent sources. Check their current edition, terms, and privacy practices. Listing a source does not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or responsibility for this app.

9. Availability and changes

The local app may be updated, corrected, or withdrawn. Device compatibility, uninterrupted availability, retained local entries, and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Review release notes and policy changes before relying on a new version.

10. Authentic distribution

Install only an authentic signed release from an authorized listing. Do not bypass platform safeguards, redistribute signing material, present a modified build as official, or use the publisher identity to imply unsupported authority.

11. Appropriate use

Do not use the app to expose protected locations or people, profile vulnerable individuals, solicit donations, impersonate an authority, spread false operational information, or make eligibility, medical, security, legal, or safeguarding decisions.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent by mail to UKRAINE WAR RELIEF FUND, 3913 W SKYE DR, SOUTH JORDAN, UT 84009, United States. No email address was supplied for this release. Do not include sensitive or urgent information.
