Effective July 29, 2026
Privacy policy
This policy describes Relief Route Fieldbook version 1.0.0, published for UKRAINE WAR RELIEF FUND. It covers the Android app's local learning features and distinguishes them from this separate public support website.
1. Policy scope
This policy applies to the released Relief Route Fieldbook Android app, package org.uwrf.reliefroute, version 1.0.0. It covers the embedded learning library, field pins, review marks, one local notebook entry, search, fictional decision exercises, local erase controls, and the app's reference shelf. It does not describe unrelated organizational systems, Google Play processing, device-maker processing, or external websites.
2. Responsible entity
The supplied publisher identity is UKRAINE WAR RELIEF FUND, 3913 W SKYE DR, SOUTH JORDAN, UT 84009, United States. This policy does not claim that the independently drafted learning content describes verified organizational programs. The publisher does not receive local app entries through the app.
3. Information you can create
You can save a lesson identifier as a field pin, mark a lesson identifier reviewed, choose one of four built-in reflection prompts, and save one notebook entry of up to 500 characters. These entries are optional. The app does not require a name, email address, phone number, login, profile, date of birth, payment detail, precise location, photo, audio, contact list, or device identifier.
4. Local purposes
Field pins restore your selected learning notes. Review marks restore your personal learning progress. The notebook restores a bounded reflection and its selected prompt. The app uses these values only to render your own offline interface on the same Android app installation. It does not score eligibility, make automated decisions, build a profile, personalize advertising, or evaluate real relief activity.
5. Data not collected or transmitted
The app does not collect or transmit account data, contact information, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, precise or approximate location, contacts, calendar data, photos, videos, audio, files, health information, financial information, messages, browsing history, app activity, diagnostics, crash telemetry, or performance analytics. It has no publisher server, account database, cloud storage, remote API, or web form.
6. Local app-private storage
Notebook text, the selected prompt, field-pin identifiers, and review-mark identifiers are written to Android SharedPreferences in the app-private sandbox. Other apps normally cannot access this storage under Android's security model. The publisher has no server copy and cannot remotely view, export, correct, recover, or delete it.
7. Permissions, libraries, ads, and analytics
The production manifest requests no internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, notification, advertising, or other runtime permission. The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, social SDK, payment SDK, account SDK, map SDK, or cloud database. It uses only Android platform and AndroidX components needed to run the local interface.
8. Sharing, sale, and off-device transfer
The app does not send app-created entries to the publisher or any third party. It does not sell data, share data for cross-context behavioral advertising, display targeted ads, rent lists, or broker personal data. There is no in-app export, share, email, upload, messaging, donation, or contact action.
9. Sensitive-data boundary
Do not enter real names, contact details, medical information, case records, beneficiary information, donor records, child information, complaints, exact locations, credentials, operational routes, security details, safeguarding reports, or protected activities. The notebook is not encrypted end-to-end, not a protected records system, and not suitable for sensitive operational data. Use an appropriately governed system and competent process for real records.
10. Children and family safety
The app is designed for adults learning about decision quality and is not directed to children. It does not create child profiles, request a child's age, enable adult-minor messaging, publish child content, collect school or guardian information, track location, or deliver targeted advertising. Do not use it to record information about children or youth participants.
11. Retention, deletion, and no-account status
Local entries remain until you remove an individual field pin or review mark, clear and save the notebook, choose Erase All Local Entries, clear app storage through Android, or uninstall the app. Erase All Local Entries removes notebook text, the selected prompt, field pins, and review marks created by the app. There is no account, so account deletion is not applicable. There is no publisher server copy, so a server-side deletion request is not applicable.
12. Backup, restore, and device transfer
The manifest disables Android backup. Backup and data-extraction rules separately exclude the app's shared preferences from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Device manufacturers, administrators, rooted environments, forensic tools, or managed-device systems may provide capabilities outside the app and publisher's control. Consult the device owner or administrator when applicable.
13. Security and user choices
App-private storage, no internet permission, no account, no active links, and no off-device transmission reduce exposure. They do not make an unlocked, shared, rooted, compromised, or administratively managed device risk-free. Use a device lock, keep the operating system current, install only authentic signed releases, erase entries you no longer need, and keep sensitive records out of the app.
14. Public support website and external sources
This separate static support website provides app information, support guidance, and the public policy. It contains no account, input form, cookies set by site code, advertising, analytics, tracking pixel, external font, or third-party script. Basic request logs may be processed by the hosting provider according to its own role and terms. The website's reference shelf links to independent third-party reading sources; opening one is a separate action governed by that source's policies. The Android app itself shows citation addresses as inactive text and has no internet permission.
15. Policy changes
This policy is effective July 29, 2026. Material behavior changes require a reviewed app release, an updated in-app policy, corresponding Google Play disclosures, and an updated public page. A new effective date will identify a revised policy. The app will not silently begin network collection under this version's disclosures.
