App support
Version 1.0.0 is an offline, account-free app. Most questions can be resolved through the local controls described here. Never send sensitive beneficiary, medical, child, route, credential, complaint, or security information when seeking support.
Open Saved in the top field strip. Field pins and review marks are listed separately. Open a pin to return to its full learning note.
Open the relevant lesson to remove its field pin or review mark. Open Notebook, clear the entry, and save to remove notebook text.
Open Saved or Privacy, choose Erase All Local Entries, and confirm. This removes notebook text, field pins, and review marks.
Troubleshooting
The app has no server status, sign-in state, cloud account, remote content, or network dependency.
Restart the device, confirm Android 7.0 or later, then install the current signed build from the authorized store source. Do not install modified packages.
Local entries do not sync between devices. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, using a different Android profile, or some device-management actions can remove them.
The publisher receives no backup and cannot restore app-private entries. Keep only non-sensitive learning reflections in the notebook.
